The data controller is De Origen Noble, S.A. ('Tix Labs', 'Robotix', 'we'), with registered address in Guatemala City, Guatemala. You can contact us through the form on this site for any matter relating to your data.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you give us voluntarily and the minimum technical data generated by your visit:

• Contact form data: company, name and role, phone or WhatsApp, email (optional), and the description of the task you want to automate.
• Attribution data: campaign parameters (UTM) and click identifiers present in the URL you arrived with, so we know which channel originated your enquiry.
• Technical data: originating page, referrer and the time the form was submitted.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, the content of that conversation and your phone number.

3. What we use it for

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out the technical assessment visit, to prepare a proposal, and to follow up commercially on that request. We also use it in aggregate to understand which channels generate enquiries and to improve the site.

We do not use the information you share about your operation — the task, the volume or the people who run it — for any purpose other than assessing and quoting your project.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the providers we need in order to operate: our commercial management system (CRM), our hosting and email providers, and the WhatsApp Business platform when the conversation happens over that channel.

If we activate advertising measurement tools on this site in the future, this policy will say so before we do, and we will request the appropriate consent.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as an active or potential commercial relationship exists, and thereafter for the period needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete it sooner, unless we are legally required to retain it.

6. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and to stop contacting you for commercial purposes. Write to us via the form on this site and we will handle your request.

7. Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. If we update this policy, we will change the effective date shown above and publish the current version at this same address.
