Company

Engineering that stays on the plant floor.

Robotix started from a simple idea: industry does not need to buy robots — it needs tasks to stay covered. And for that, somebody has to answer for the cell every day, not just on installation day.

Where we come from

Robotix was founded from engineering, not from distribution. Before selling a service we built robots: engineering training, a robot developed and assembled as a thesis project, and years of in-plant integration work solving the real problem of getting a machine and a process to understand each other.

That difference matters more than it sounds. A distributor sells you the arm and leaves you the problem of making it work on your line. We live on the hard side: the tooling that has to be designed, the sequence that has to be programmed, the safety that has to be installed, and the maintenance that has to be sustained for years.

Why local service

Local service is the difference.

You can import an automation project from outside the region. What you cannot import is somebody who reaches your plant the same day.

We are where the plant is

A stopped cell does not wait for someone to catch a flight. We operate in the region, and that is the only reason we can commit to responding on site.

Spare parts on this side

Critical parts sit in our inventory, not in customs. An imported spare turns a fault measured in hours into a stoppage measured in weeks.

We speak your industrial language

We know the stacking, the crew, the payroll and the benefits that genuinely load a shift. We run the calculation on your numbers, not on a model from another country.

How we work

Three rules we don't negotiate

  • We say no when the task doesn't fit.

A badly applied cell costs more than not automating at all. If your process is not repeatable, you will hear it at the assessment, not on the invoice.

  • We write down what isn't included.

Scope is defined before signing, with its boundaries stated. Nobody discovers halfway through the contract that something was quoted separately.

  • We don't publish figures we haven't measured.

If you see a number from us, it came off a running cell. We would rather have a page with no statistics than one full of estimates.

Backing

Robotix is a Tix Labs company

Tix Labs is the technology studio that builds and operates our ventures. It is where the infrastructure you never see from the plant floor comes from: the monitoring software, the systems we use to serve a client, and the engineering discipline behind everything else. Robotix runs with its own team and its own industrial focus, with that house behind it.

Next step

Let's talk about your plant.

The first conversation is technical, and it is with an engineer, not a salesperson.
