Effective date: 10 August 2026. These terms govern use of the robotix.tixlabs.io website, operated by De Origen Noble, S.A. ('Tix Labs', 'Robotix', 'we'), a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. By using this site you accept these terms.
1. Scope of this site
This site is informational and commercial material about the Robotix robotics service. Its content describes our service model in general terms and does not constitute a binding offer, a technical proposal or a contractual commitment.
2. The actual terms live in the contract
The scope of a deployment, what the monthly fee does and does not include, the term, the service and response commitments, and any commercial conditions are defined exclusively in the proposal and contract signed for each case, following a technical assessment visit.
If anything described on this site differs from what is agreed in your contract, the contract always prevails.
3. No published pricing
We do not publish prices on this site. The monthly fee is quoted per deployment and depends on the task, the equipment required and the cycle, as measured during the assessment.
4. Use of the content
The text, images, trademarks and graphic material on this site are the property of Tix Labs or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. You may read and share them with attribution; you may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
5. Information you submit
By submitting the form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it on behalf of your company. The handling of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Site availability
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the content is free of errors. We may modify or withdraw content at any time.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Robotix operates under the same entity as the rest of Tix Labs; for the group's general terms, see the Tix Labs Terms of Service.
